1. Description of the App<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

DueCat is a personal subscription-tracking tool. It helps you record, organize, and receive reminders about subscriptions and recurring or one-time purchases you already have with other services. DueCat does not manage, bill, cancel, or have any relationship with the third-party services you track in it.<\/strong> Any action you need to take on an actual subscription (cancelling, upgrading, disputing a charge) must be done directly with that service's provider.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

2. Free and Paid Features<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

DueCat is free to download and use, with a limit of 5 active subscriptions on the free tier. DueCat Pro<\/strong> is available as a one-time, lifetime purchase that removes this limit and unlocks additional features (such as advanced analytics, custom categories, background personalization, and Home Screen widgets).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. We do not process payments ourselves, do not see your payment details, and all billing, receipts, and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and refund policies. To request a refund, use Apple's standard process at reportaproblem.apple.com.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

3. Your Data<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

DueCat stores the information you enter locally on your device and, if you use iCloud, syncs it through your own private iCloud account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining access to your own device and iCloud account. 4. Acceptable Use<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    5. No Financial or Professional Advice<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    DueCat is a tracking and organizational tool only. It does not provide financial, budgeting, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the App should be treated as such. Reminders and calculations (such as monthly averages or spending forecasts) are estimates based on the information you enter and may not reflect actual charges, currency conversions, promotional pricing, or changes made by third-party services.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    The App is provided \"as is\" and \"as available,\" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time, that the App will be error-free, or that it will be uninterrupted.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

    7. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed payments, late fees, or subscription charges resulting from a reminder not being received or acted upon. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for DueCat Pro, if any.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

    8. Intellectual Property<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t
